The Brig and Rock Declaimers, Paraig MacNeil’s long labour to tell the story of Stirling and its surrounding district through the work of bards down the ages, is published at last in e-Book form. I am delighted to have some poems in this rich and various collection – Antonine (about the Roman wall near Falkirk), The Hunt, a pantoum inspired by the Unicorn tapestries at Stirling Castle, and In September, composed at Callander in 2014.
